three main functions of the operations: Rental Return Agent, Exit Gate Agent, and Ready Line

Support Agent

e¢ Complete vehicle return transactions and agreements for customers, checking in over 800 vehicles

daily.

e Review over 1200 vehicles during high volume days as the Exit Gat Agent, to prevent theft and

ensure customers are in their proper vehicle.

e Resolve customer inquiries by providing information on nationwide locations and company

programs/products.

« Review customer contracts by verifying closing calculations with accuracy; explain additional

charges at closing if requested.

¢ Complete accident reports upon rental return. Check for any vehicle damage and submit it to the

appropriate area within established guidelines.

e Serve as a liaison between production and counter staff to ensure the proper vehicle is assigned to

the correct location, to ensure customers have a smooth rental experience, logging in over 200

cars per day.
