Found and manage P.A.V.E., a non-profit organization that educates youth and parents on violence prevention and assists with intervention.

One of the climactic events of P.A.V.E. is a county-wide rally each summer that educates thousands of youth and parents on nonviolence awareness and violence prevention. I, along with our committee, plan, design, and execute the successful project.
