Objective

My objective is to be the best worker I could possibly be. I pay attention to details, and I work very well with others. I love to work as many hours as possible, I also work my hardest, even under pressure situations. I’m one to step up and take control of any situation no matter how difficult. My absolute dream job would be asset protection. I used to assist my fellow asset protection personnel when spotting a suspect taking merchandise. I feel as if I really can help this company, from loss as well as keeping staff safe.

Graduated with my diploma 2001-2004

Participated in a work program. After class I would report to work at a CPA office. I maintained this employment position for 13 years; Still pick up work when needed. I was number one player on my varsity golf team. Helping my team to win and receive the opportunity to participate in the state championship. My hard work and determination, dedication to my team my school was very important to me. Representing my school and being a positive role model for my classmates was always important to me.

NORTHSHORE COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Received Associates degree in Criminal Justice 2004-2006

Had courses on Criminology and Juvenile Justice. Many courses studying human behaviors as well as the social part of today’s world. Studying how to have positive interactions with different types of people. This made my personal life and how working with others a more positive experience. The degree also taught me the epidemic of drug and alcohol addiction a very big part of society. People in general have come a long way regarding the treatment and acceptance of addiction and addicts in general. Advancements in treatment centers, and sober living homes have also saved countless lives, allowing the recovering addicts to get there lives back on track.

Leadership

I am a leader when put into a role such as this. This is what my college degree touched on and I feel like I have so much to offer if given the chance. I feel like I will prove that I’m the correct candidate and would appreciate to be able to prove myself to your company. I feel like leading, communicating and trusting your team would be key. Bringing staff together helps well with how well employees run. I have many ideas on how to unite and bring everybody as one.

This position as Mr Curtins assistant, I had many different tasks which I enjoyed very much. Working in this professional office lead me to become more mature, patient, and very reliable, bookkeeping, billing and letter litigation. I am a very goal integrated person And completing assignments to the best of my ability is extremely important. I have great skills when interacting with clients. I like to be a better person everyday, I’m very positive and confident. Having a healthy positive outlook is not only great for customers but working together with coworkers as well. Once assigned a task I like to keep the information organized. Making difficult decisions and always give my work 100%

The Home Depot South bay plaza boston 2016-2018

This location is a very difficult one, this is where the asset protection team and I had a great relationship. I remember id help him with protection of merchandise, as multiple times a day attempted shop lifting was almost constant, especially overseeing outside garden, this made attempted theft a common exit point. I would listen to his advice, take everything as a learning experience. My biggest accomplishment was catching five people shoplifting in one shift, I found it gratifying, I also was certified in the big/small forklift, the reach which retrieves big pallets from the top racks. Operation of these is extremely hard to master, however with practice and hours of finding a comfort zone, I became one of the best of all three. Other departments often utilized my skillset to assist with retrieving pallets from the top racks and I was always willing to help my fellow employees. I'm proud to say that I never had a single accident or incident. Helping customers and for me complete understanding of products was something I always learned as much as possible. I feel customers had a great appreciation for my knowledge, and helpfulness. Giving the customer full knowledge and not just trying to sell a product is and should be absolutely one major priority, understanding this in my opinion made me a better employee, also made my position extremely rewarding and fulfilling.

This position is one of my favorites. I was a key employee as the position I had, was essential to every job. Running and managing workers was key to my position. With building and painting, there’s no room for error. Making sure the customer is satisfied, and most say they’ll use out services again. We as a team would always complete the job to the best of our ability. Customer satisfaction was always something I always strived for.
