I am currently working on University of Poonch, Tarar campus, Rawalakot

Main Task/ Activities performed:

•The responsibilities including supervision of all activities of building structures as per drawings and specifications. Performing various laboratory and field-testing of construction materials. supervise each activity of buildings structures including Survey, excavation, lean, boring of piles, sounding of piles, lowering of cage, fixing of steel, pouring of concrete, fixing of doors and windows, finishing items including plaster, flooring, paint fixing of tiles and marble and plumbing work etc.

•Prepare the site supervision plan, checking levels of roads, concreting of roads.

•Checking of running and final payments certificates of building structures.

•Attend meetings with clients and brief them about progress at sites.

I have completed more than 200 projects in GOP (Government of Pakistan Funded) Project with NESPAK.

•The responsibilities including supervision of all activities of building structures as per drawings and specifications. Performing various laboratory and field-testing of construction materials. Supervise each activity of buildings structures including Survey, excavation, lean, fixing of steel, pouring of concrete, Structural Steel (Truss Work), fixing of doors and windows, finishing items including plaster, flooring, paint fixing of tiles and marble and plumbing work etc.

•Prepare the site supervision plan, checking levels of roads, concreting of roads.

•Checking of running and final payments certificates of building structures.

•Attend meetings with clients and brief them about progress at sites.

•Handover the sites to client.

•Preparation of inventory and punch lists.

As Site Engineer: From March 07, 2007 to October 14, 2008

I worked as site Engineer during construction of Construction of Pakistan Army marriage hall in Abbottabad, Pakistan.

The main responsibilities were Construction Supervision of various activities of the projects and ensure that projects are being constructed satisfactorily in accordance with the approved drawings and specification. Layout and leveling related to buildings. Preparation of bar bending schedule and Maintain MB’s of running projects. Performing various tests for Quality control & then maintaining the records of all those tests also ensuring Quality control in all the activities at site. Control cost during performing of construction activities by fore casting labor & material for a particular activates. Dealing with client and consultant’s engineer. Decision making at site related to work, Keeping the record of sub-contractor bills and other office documents.

Work as Site Engineer: March, 2002 to April 2006:

I worked on the following projects:

i.Construction of Villas in Bahria Town Phase II Rawalpindi Pakistan.

ii.Renovation & Maintenance of Army Bachelor Officer Mess Margalla Islamabad

Pakistan.

iii.Renovation of chairmen office CDA Islamabad Pakistan.

iv.Construction of Bismaha Army model school Rawalpindi Pakistan.
