I am seeking executive management opportunities where I can showcase my years of experience and find a career that has growth and balance.

I have more than 25 years of experience in a few concepts and different backgrounds of leadership; From food industry, marketing, multiple unit operations, area director operations, to franchise business development. Each providing a unique skill set but all with a foundation of daily operations and management, plus all with a foundation of how to successfully navigate situations of employees and customer relations.

I believe that I am applying for opportunities that may not always fit the narrative of the resumes outside of my experiences, in some cases, but I know that I breathe…”Hire the Will, Train the Skill.” I also believe that leadership is a mindset. I am extremely hard working. I am always learning and evolving. My passion is for my employees, and WE will succeed together. And every opportunity is to build a new customer base; one person at a time. Life is about small moments. Make them count.

My experiences in my career have taught me that work is a balance of maintaining daily operational success through building relationships with the team members and creating a culture of success. It’s about building a mindset of growth and a continued follow through with every single person in your organization. It’s a mindset that we manage with compassion thru the lense of humanity, be results driven, and understand that we are always providing excellent customer service.

My skill set as a General Manager of multiple restaurants is extensive with operational success of 1 million dollars to 10 million dollar concepts. I have had teams of 20 to 200 employees. As an Area Director, I have overseen 7 units. This experience was about coaching other leaders and hard conversations of accountability and great conversations for motivations. As a franchise business coach, I opened 13 new locations in 2 years. This opportunity was about teaching culture and opening expectations.

My career has been about getting to this point where I can hopefully be given a chance to prove myself at the next level and/or show that I can reach the next level for you.
