Daily duty’s began with a morning meeting to discuss safety issues, best practice procedures and proper use of tool operation. Before starting the day all crews would stretch and then go to work. Once on site job duties included inspecting fork lift (walk around) prior to start up, once completed I would offload material for proper layout to inspect before install crews.

Before day began all crews would attend a Job Hazard Analysis to discuss important safety hazards. After morning POD meeting we would then stretch, conduct walk around on all work trucks and load tools prior to starting the day. While on site I would fill out DOT walk around for all equipment that’s being used, once complete I would then offload material prior to install crews for proper staging and organization.

CDL class A license with air brakes and Haz-Mat endorsements, safety awareness relevant to equipment operation, proper hydration and basic first aid, CPR, and AED trained in the event of an emergency. Familiar with offload procedures and layout.

Most importantly, safety is my priority while on site but when motivation is needed, I ensure team participation is regulatory. Chain of Command disciplined with all crew employees.
