Good Eye! Yes, This Type of Opportunity is Right up My Alley. I have 30+ years of being a Working Project Manager, and
with the current paradigm shift in the Construction Industry, I'm Ready to transition to being a Project Manager, without
having my hands on the work. However, I am a Young 61 yrs. + Because of my continuing to physically work While
Managing! I was managing building Chili's Restaurants back in the mid and late 80's, and have done numerous Landmark
Commercial jobs since, notably, Boatyard Bar and Grill in East Port, Annapolis, Great American Carwash, Severna Park,
MD. And numerous other Such Projects including Churches, Camps, Commercial build outs for Rexell Electrical Supply,
Real Estate offices, etc. Also, I have built in the Custom Home Residential Arena up to $5,000,000 range. My story is that
of a Challenge Taker, Hard Worker, with the Ability to be Creative, Design on the fly, Anticipate And Adjust to Design flaws,
and Plan ahead for Maximum Productivity and Production, meet or Exceed Budget Expectations, more bang for the Buck,
and also includes typical Construction issues, i.e, Recessions of the past. I had my Own Business, Quality Construction
Services, which, has been active, when, I decided it was in my best interests to have it operating. That being said, I am
Ready to move in This direction at This time, and make it a Career.As of Monday of next week, I am Prepared to Spend the
necessary time that You would desire, to nail down This, or Any Opportunity that We might feel would be The Right
Opportunity and fit for Me.
