I have sold many baked goods since I was a kid. I have made a cake based on The Hobbit. I have made cheesecakes, cakes, ice cream, cookies, tanghulu, churros, donuts, and more. Always loved baking since I was a kid making gingerbread houses. My first time having a computer I watched countless videos on baking and even now I still watch baking videos. Baking is a passion of mine, I bake all the time whenever I can. I even experiment with local edible foliage like roses, dandelions, magnolias and day lilies. I always sold my usual cheesecakes, cakes, cookies, etc. since I began baking. I am skilled at being patient and standing for long periods of time. When making my Hobbit cake it took over 10 hours. I am also skilled at folding and mixing ingredients.
