Am the primary backup host for Miami Valley’s Morning News on WHIO Radio, voice track a late-night shift on WHKO (K-99.1) Radio, and voice track shifts on WZLR-FM, as needed. Also anchor midday news from 10 am-2 pm weekdays, do commercial production and make personal appearances. Employed: February, 2004 to present.

Saga Communications; Champaign-Urbana, Illinois: Served as Program Director for oldies-formatted WKIO-FM (Oldies 92-5). Took station from #6 to #1 25-54 by employing good programming practices and strategic research and maintained that position for a little over 2 and half years. Managed a staff of 5 full-time announcers and 2 part-timers. Managed the station’s programming and promotions budget and worked with the station’s corporate programming format captain, and the VP of Programming for station programming and promotions. Though a rim-shot signal and small budgets were a challenge, the station achieved Top Ten market status for most of its run and took over 4 million dollars in advertising revenue out of the Columbus radio market. Managed a staff of 5 full time and 3 part time announcers, produced station promos and imaging, did commercial production and brainstormed promotions with the station’s Promotions Director. The station, which lives on with a tribute site on the internet begun by fans is fondly remembered still by many Columbus radio listeners.
