I have nine plus years in the construction industry as well as four plus years in the warehouse/manufacturing industry. During my time working in the general construction industry, I have accrued the knowledge of blueprint reading, small equipment operation, as well as OSHA 10 and 30. I have the ability to oversee day to day operations of general construction with the ability to manage trades and maintain a schedule. I have experience with the constructions of standalone bank buildings, military/government buildings and medical healthcare facilities. Through my time in construction, I have learned many skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting, and welding. I am fluent in As-Builts and E-Builder.

Superintendent: USTGC- Decatur, Texas April 2022 - July 2023 I was hired to complete a bathroom replacement for the Eisenhower State Park in Denison, Texas. The project estimated value was $1.6 Million. I managed several aspects of the job from roofing, plumbing, electrical, structural steel, HVAC, framers, brick masons, etc. Past Jobs:

ProCore Certified Plumbing Apprentice: Wilkerson Plumbing Solutions- Ennis, Texas June 2021 – April 2022 I was hired and trained as a commercial and residential technician. I worked in a group up and mini excavator operator. My tasks included but were not limited to Pro-Press fittings, soldering and Pex experience. I worked with 3- and 4-inch main replacement experience. I also worked to clear clogged pipes and drains. I installed various types of sinks and showers. Some of my commercial work consisted of banks in Forney and Ennis and a Buc-ee’s in the DFW area. Superintendent: Golden Sands- Dallas, Texas 2016-2020 I was the superintendent on job sites around Plano Texas completing ground up projects while also working on high rise buildings, parking lots and other office building in Dallas Texas. During my time here I was assigned the task of repairing Bank of America buildings in Houston after Hurricane Harvey. I spent about 2 years there overseeing the repairs which consisted of complete rebuilds for locations. Working on these projects expanded my knowledge of the different works of banks and ATM s all over Texas and Louisiana. Shop Mechanical Technician: Fritz Tile- Mesquite, Texas 2014-2016 I was hired on as a shop laborer and was quickly promoted to shop mechanical technician. I spent my time repairing the machines that produced title for commercial buildings. Assistant Superintendent: Falcon Containers- Austin, Texas 2012-2014 I was hired as a Field Foreman and was then promoted to Assistant Superintendent. I worked hand and hand with the superintendent to complete over 20 million dollars’ worth of Air Force Training Centers which required me to travel to many locations such as New Mexico and Virginia. Assistant Superintendent: Falkenberg Construction- Farmer Branch, Texas 2009-2012 I worked closely with the superintendent to complete numerous Bank of America remodels all over the State of Texas, while also completing several medical center remodels in Euless Texas.
