Identify mitochondrial proteomes in the procyclic and blood forms of T.brucei and determine mitochondrial interactome using mLAP tags in both life stages. Then develop a mitochondrial protein ineractome database in which we contribute protein annotation. Finally, examine the consequences of gene inactivation and drug treatment.
