Nokia RNC Engineer, Mexico City, Mexico 05/11 to 08/11

Worked with TELCEL on three different projects:

The first project was license replacement for broken equipment using license manager for pulling license and pushing license.

The second was reconfiguration of RNC’s and NodeB’s to accept Dual IUB. This included creating static routes in the RNC (NPGEP Cards) and reconfiguration of the NodeB.

The Third was configuration of the NodeB for Dual carrier operation.

Worked with Nokia on T-Mobile network to upgrade their RNC 450's to RU10.

This project was done in three phases:

Phase 1 - configure NPGEP, ICSU cards for the User plane, Control plane and VLANS to T-Mobiles MAD Router in preparation to use an all-IP backbone.

Phase 2, remove ATM interface for IuPS links and configure to IP interface.

Phase 3, remove ATM interface on the IuR's and configure them to IP interface.

Nokia RNC Engineer/Performance, Bogota, Columbia 08/09 to 12/09

Worked with Comcel to re-home NodeB's from RNC 450 RAS06 to new IF and VP for RNC's new configurations.

These configurations are hybrids consisting of adding more E1's for capacity and adding an Ethernet interface to the NodeB and RNC to enhance the through put of HSDPA.
