Contracts located at Schriever SFB, Colorado

Telephony Lead: Duties included supervision of telephone crew which installed, maintained, programmed, and replaced all facets of the telephone systems located within the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). Coordinated workload and priorities of jobs, ordered replacement parts and whole units, and followed through with customer notification and care. This was challenging work which changed daily depending on MDA schedules, personnel priorities, and special events.

Beyond the 20 year mark is not usually required, but I will be more than accommodating upon request.

Education level: Associates degree from the Community College of the Air Force in Electronic Systems Technology Sep 1991

Military Service: Retired U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant (E7) 1995
