OBJECTIVE:

Project Manager Consultant / Senior Architectural Engineer with over 20 years of experience in all phases of Architectural Design, Planning and Construction Project Management process with solid technical knowledge and strong Design experience for a wide range of projects in Canada, and the Middle east

(Commercial, Mixed-use, Educational, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Master Planning and Land subdivisions…) with various kinds of building materials (concrete, steel, stone, wood). Technical:

• Wide experience with the City Bylaw Regulations Division of Development & Building Approvals

• Reviewing plans documents in various phases of design & inspect construction sites according to Land Use Bylaw and National Building Code,

• Prepare legal construction documents, building materials, sketches, and permit drawings.

• Management of tender process, pre-qualification, selection of vendors and contractors

• Write specifications and review on-site construction work for safety and as per NBC

• Proficient in using AutoCAD (R12-R2020), Revit, ADT, Photoshop, 3DS, and the Microsoft office suite word and excel.
