-Ensure Xmas tree valves automatics are maintained, replaced and repaired according to specified schedule

- Carry out visual inspections of all associated well flowlines, pipelines, manifolds and headers for leaks and structural integrity

- Assist inspection team during non-intrusive surveillance of well flowlines, pipelines, manifolds and headers and be aware of anomalies or possible failure points within the in-field pipework, headers and manifolds

- Support operations team on well failure investigations and getting the well on line as soon as safely and practically possible

- Support external well services intervention contractor on any major maintenance, well testing or repair.

- Assist in preparing wells and production systems / equipment for handover for well intervention operations (well test.wireline.coild tubing).

- Liaise with planning team to keep updated on well intervention programmes

- Support the commissioning of new wells and pipework tie-ins

-Test, troubleshoot, and maintain safety systems such as burner-management systems, ESDs, process alarms, auto- dialers, etc.

- Prepares the Wellhead for routine/ planned maintenance and carries out first line maintenance. Carries out infield oil/water and gas pipelines cleaning and intelligent pigging operations.

-Report all equipment and instrument defects and leaks immediately to my supervisor and take any possible immediate corrective action in accordance with standing instructions.

- Coordinate with CCR Operators during start-up and shut-down and depressurizing/pressurizing oil flow lines when needed.

- Perform routine test of emergency and safety equipment.

- Initiate and lead fire fighting or other emergency actions in his area until it is taken over by a higher authority.
