Summary of things I have done in 2021
1. Returned unnecessary rental equipment to PEAK, AGILITI and other companies thereby saving HMH money.
2. Worked with KCI and was able convince the company to overwrite a missing wound vac machine worth $28,000.
Collaborated with Agiliti and Next Stage, to drastically lower rental prices.
With Agiliti, we were able to lower the price of CRRTs by 50%, from 8,525 per month to 4,275. Recently, I was able to lower the rental cost to 50% across the board.
With NextStage, I was able to negotiate the initial rental of brand new CRRT by as low as 2,000 per month. We ended up renting 3 units which were eventually purchased by HMSugarland.
3.During the height of the most recent winter storm, I was instrumental in transforming the Employee Conference Room into a temporary shelter for the female personnel of the Central Supply. I collaborated with Building and Linen Services by borrowing beds, mattress and linen for the use of the team from Sunday to Friday until the storm was over.
4. Wrote a Picture Book and an App for Adult Crash Carts, PEDI, ENT, HEMO and Urology Carts so the team has a guide to follow.
5. Wrote an app for CS personnel to find pertinent details of supplies quickly.
6. Instrumental in hiring 3 Supply Technicians in 2nd Shift, Central Supply
7. Led teambuilding activities with the 2nd Shift, among others, by conducting lunch outs every 3 months.
8. Ordered supplies from our own warehouse and multiple suppliers.
9. Ordered equipment from rental companies.
10. Reviewed invoices of all rental equipment in Central Supply.
