A qualified Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Engineer with 14 years’ experience of which 8 years were spent in Mechanical Automobile overhaul and repair of diesel generators of 144kVA to 360kVA power ratings and driving canters, Mitsubishi custom, Fuso truck, cars, and Nissan hard body while working with different organizations in Uganda. I also planned for materials usage on monthly basis based on the scheduled and emergency breakdowns, booked for the materials using CRIVs, Observed monthly KPIs and targets per individual and also quarterly appraisal of each individual’s performance.

Achievement: Reduced technical power losses from soaring 36% to 28% by transferring vandalized distribution transformers to town or trading centres, raised system improvement schemes, costed them using Vital software and forwarded for financing and executing.
