Monitor and Control the Wet Plant producing 3 different cuts of sand, making changes to increase productivity and minimize waste.
Trained multiple new employees how to operate the control room as well as cross trained current employees.
Maintained precise documentation on tests by hourly reports an hourly logbook, operator & production reports, as well as pre shift reports.
Working knowledge of Microsoft word & excel for the shift reports, acumatica for work orders & Wonderware for the operation of the plant.
Staying current and up to date on all task training and assist in training when Required.
I am currently task trained on multiple skid steers, multiple styles of telehandlers, a Scissor lift, genie man lift & multiple dingo’s.
