hardware, network, and software necessary to operate and improve the present information management system.

Item #3: Downloads and manipulates data from an SQL Server RDBMS, MS Access and other RDBMS used internally using data extraction tools to support the production of reports required by all departments including Accounting, Billing and some Statistics as required and on demand.

Item #4: Oversees routine preventive maintenance on hardware; problem solves non-routine maintenance problems.

Item #5: Plans, develops and reviews software applications to support Corporate operations:

Item #6: Recommends procedures and policies regarding the use of software and hardware.

Item #7: Assist in obtaining and preparing data for decision-making, planning and evaluation.
