Used Cisco Thousand Eyes with Selenium/Microfocus Application Performance Monitor with VUGEN/Microfocus Site Scope to setup monitoring groups and for project availability. Assisted groups in deploying and creating synthetic tests with Thousand eyes. Helped to develop standardization, planning, and diagnostic items. Set up alerting for items that used the corporate pipeline.

Maintained and deployed AppDynamics and Prometheus within bank environment adhering to strict bank procedures for monitoring and development. Started working with AppDynamics and End user monitoring between Thousand Eyes and AppDynamics.
