CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY

Purchasing

Maintain responsibility for all building maintenance and purchasing for all production needs, lab equipment, and machinery for the support of producing .308, .32, and 9mm weapons.

Promoted finished products at 2015 Las Vegas Shot Show in 2015 as part of company promotions and sales team.

Production

Played instrumental role in rearranging production work areas and flow utilizing LEAN manufacturing processes.

Managed fabrication (CNC machines, Bridgeport mills, lathes, and drilling equipment along with personnel production), first assembly responsible for welding, final assembly and shipping departments.

Wrote specs on how to process material for developing program; recorded procedures to achieve final product.

Expanded business due to success of program, buying $12 million dollars in additional equipment and material allowing for expansion to full production providing millions of capacitors.

Engineering Technician Space & Sea Lab – Hamilton Standard

Performed destructive and non-destructive testing of components for astronauts, space station, and space shuttle programs; component responsibilities were Pneumatic Control Assembly controlling gasses and fluids on space shuttle/station.

Tested PCA Unit, Urine/Air Separator, Minute Man Missile Guidance System, Space Suit Backpack components, and several more government programs in successful manner.

Crash and Recovery – US Air Force

Received training for recovery of downed aircraft and aircraft personnel.
