Uncovering the Factors that Drive Airbnb Bookings and Revenue Jan 2023-May 2023

• Analyzed the Airbnb dataset for New York City, to draw insights and inform business decisions utilizing MongoDB as the primary database for storing and managing the Airbnb dataset for New York City.

• Conducted Demand and Price analysis to understand the relationship between the demand for Airbnb listings and, the pricing of those listings, based on the room types in each region, also performed Mapping the Beat of the City analysis, using heatmap to visualize the distribution of Airbnb listings across the city and provide insights into popular areas for travelers IoT Home Automation using Cloud Computing Mumbai, India Jan 2023 - May 2023

● With two other member we designed and developed an web application that would act as the interface between the user and the home automation system which was deployed with help cloud.

● We decided to use a combination of technologies, including Google Firebase, Arduino, Node Mcu, and sensors, to build the system.

● The final product was a highly effective and user-friendly IoT home automation system that allowed users to remotely control their appliances from anywhere in the world. ● Proposed a system for colleges, where students can efficiently pay their fees in installments online, and track their fees..

● This helped various students to pay fees online during the pandemic, also helped staff to track the fees. Accessory, the food ordering part helped the canteen to take and manage the food efficiently.

● We group of three developed this system using express JS, Node JS, React JS and various API like paypal and gpay.

• I worked on a project that involved using data science and machine learning to predict stock prices. We group of two designed and developed a system that could analyze large amounts of stock market data and use it to generate accurate predictions about future stock prices.

• To build the system, we used a combination of data science techniques, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and data visualization. we also used machine learning algorithms, such as random forest and gradient boosting, to analyze the data and generate predictions.
