Position: CDL B Rollback Driver Pay Rate: Starting From $24/HR. DOE
Job Description: All duties are assigned by the employer, such as lifting, bending, twisting, climbing, and walking in a fast paced-work environment (indoor and/or outdoor), as well as driving in all weather conditions. Diagnose and repair mid-size construction equipment. Candidates must pass a DOT physical, drug test, background investigation, MVR check, and work reference check.
Requirements:
●Delivering and picking up small equipment on a Class B rollback truck. Will deliver equipment within a 275 mile radius of Denver making multiple stops and pick ups per day. Driver is responsible for safely loading and securing the truck/equipment.
●5 days a week: Monday – Friday, Starting at 6:30-4 Overtime after 40 hours. Saturdays if needed.
●Starting pay is based on experience starting at $24/hr. Overtime starts after 40 hours. Paid weekly Direct Deposit.
●Benefits: Start after 30 days, first of the month. M,D,V through Cigna. 401K available with 3% match. Employer will cover it in detail during the interview.
●Employees will be trained on how to operate the equipment they transport so they can instruct renters as needed.
●$200 year boot program. Uniforms are provided and drivers must wear them. Cleaning service provided.
●Vacation starts accruing after 90 days and you will earn 2 weeks of PTO per year, plus 2 personal days and 5 sick days.
●8 major holidays are off and paid at a straight time rate.
