Hobbies and Interests
Football: I have been a fan of football since I was a child, from the 2010 World Club after witnessing Giovanni van Bronckhorst goal against Uruguay. I later became an enormous fan of Cristiano Ronaldo in 2012 where I began my football conquests at The Bishops’ High School. Throughout my spell I managed to score and assist many times, aiding my team in reaching the Digicel North Zone finals. These years were my most cherished and I would identify football as a part of my identity, aiding in the development of many of my characteristics.
Fitness/Powerlifting: My training has given me invaluable physical and psychological advantages. After officially joining the gym with my older brother, my pursuit of the 1,000-Pound Powerlifting Challenge (total weight moved between bench press, squat, and deadlift) proved extremely rewarding. It showed me that with hard work and determination, I could conquer my limitations. Going to the gym also improved my self-discipline, which I value greatly. My journey has aided me in developing a sense of leadership over all things I do, and I believe I can translate these principles into my work ethic as well.
Travel: My desire to travel has always been strong. This has also influenced my academic choices; I chose geography to take advantage of the numerous travel opportunities to see and study various landscapes and scenery. So far, I've visited ten different countries and islands.
