Dear Hiring Manager,

My name is Hope Townsell and I was pleased to see a new position

available for an assistant/receptionist. I am compelled to join your team and believe I would make a great addition to your business. I am passionate about providing excellent service to members of the community. I would like to grow my career in administrative work and I believe my previous experience is able to support this job. With a BA in Communications and BA in Psychology, I am able to handle a variety of situations; I am well versed in conducting peer mediated conflict-resolution, relationship validation, crisis communication, small- group discussion, cultural communication, and public speaking. I also have prior experience teaching children with special needs and volunteering with the elderly community. Furthermore, I was the Philanthropy Chairman of Delta Delta Delta and planned events to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and active as a board member for the Richmond Neighborhood Association.
