I made SP copper sulfate which in tailed of me filling a tank (disolver) with copper,water and sulfuric acid circulated and heated to 190 deg liquid had to reach a 185 gpl and 1.75 ph then pumped liquid to another tank(crystalizer) cooled until it was 65 deg then pumped through a filter to collect all the crystals then vacuum for 4 hours then package (each batch had roughly 20 100lb buckets in them) place lot number and date on buckets. We had 6 disolvers and 6 crystalizers and 2 filters. Education
