Duties and Responsibilities:
•Shall ensure that Inspection and Test results are recorded and logged, Monitor the works in progress and conduct preliminary inspections of completed work prior to requesting the attendance of the client.
•Report directly in cases of non-conformance to the Project QA Manager / Project Manager and has the authority to stop work when deemed deficient until all deficiencies are corrected.
•Prepare project specific procedures for Construction Activities & Schedule.
•Communicating requirements peculiar to the specific project to all affected departments, sub-contractors.
•Resolving problems that arise at the interfaces between such groups. Interface with the Electro-Mechanical & Industrial QC Inspectors, and be responsible for ensuring that inspections and tests performed on site are carried out by client approved personnel only.
