Thank you for your time in considering me for an opportunity to work with you. I have 20+ years of experience in process improvement programs in both manufacturing and Supply-Chain environments. Having served in many managerial roles, ranging from front-line to senior levels in Quality, Production, Operations, and Plant Responsibilities; I am savvy in developing and implementing continuous process improvement projects and activities such as KPI development, Kaizen, Lean, SPC, and TQM (to name a few).

I am currently working for DHL-3PL representing Johnson Controls, in Lithia Springs, GA as an Operations Manager. My extensive background is centered in Quality and Operations, so I do welcome the opportunity to be an integral part of your organization. I am a “go-to” asset with a lot of skill, experienced in being accountable and holding accountability with liability for KPI goals and responsibilities assigned.

My Short Term Goals are: to be a fundamental part of an Organization’s Management Team developing, implementing, and sustaining continuous process improvement programs; while balancing life with my family.

Eventually, I would like to continue my path to a Master Black Belt Certification; and eventual completion of an MBA.
