Job Profile:

Responsible for Security Operations and functions at Project sites.

Responsible for security and safeguard of company property/ material and assets. Liaison with various Govt. agencies e.g. Municipal, Police Department, Govt. Hospitals, Local Panchayats etc.

Job Responsibilities

Managing and controlling vast Project Sites i.e. Labours movement, Implementation of Safety Norms, Heavy Vehicle’s movement, Personnel Vehicle’s movements at site.

Monitoring material in ward/ Outward movement with the co-ordination of concerned (stores) departments.

Scarp material monitoring and keeping track of vehicles.

Implementation/ Utilization of man power to prevent the company assets, material and property etc.

Induction and Training on operational and functional areas.

Member of Fire Squad.

Training and induction of Security Team and their nature of job and responsibilities.

Investigation and reporting of Theft/ Incident/ IR issues.

Ensure adherence of Company policies, Security guideline and security SOP.

Ensure timely reporting to management and other concerned officials.

Ensure proper visitor management/ customers and contractor workers handling.

Labour colony issues and management.

Brief management about the security situation on weekly basis(WRM)

Contract management of security service providers.

Tasked with skills development, training and response building (fire & security) of security manpower.

Establishment of system to control of CCTV & Control of Visitors, Employees & Contract Worker / Labours in the plant.

Implement suitable Security and Safety systems and procedures.

All Site Secret night visit plan weekly basis.

Workers /Labour Camp Night and Day Worker contend solved the problem.

Control and monitoring of transportation and Security.

All Site Security Guard duty point

Photos and attendance at day and night points by creating a security WhatsApp group on all sites.

Identification and Compliances follow up unsafe act unsafe condition.

Entry inspection and registration of all vehicle material in and out and all vehicles.

All Staff In Out Checking.

Management of total material movement (i.e. finish goods, Returnable & Non-Returnable material,Inword / Outward material Scrap & Waste material through system)Security installation, firefighting and first aid.

New Site Inauguration & Event Celebration function, Real Estate Sample Flat Mockup Event all Depute manpower and Programs Management.

Carry out periodic fire and emergency evacuation chill support Company Emergency

Management system.
