DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understanding of the relationship and interaction of the electrical and mechanical components of the asset assigned.

• Troubleshoot all mechanical and hydraulic sub-systems to the unit level and repair the system fault by substitution.

• Reference system documentation, locate, and identify manufacturer part numbers.

• Research independent supplier documentation to source spares to the unit level.

• Design and assemble simple hydraulic/pneumatic circuits.

• Provide basic mechanic/hydraulic skill training to Electronic Technician personnel.

• Understanding of electrical and electronic basic circuit operating parameters so as to be capable of performing system calibrations.

• Identify the fault or failure of any of the hydraulic/pneumatic and vacuum basic circuit operating parameters as to be capable of performing system adjustments.
