Skills: I am ServSafe certified & have experience in the food & hospitality business for 12years. I worked at UNC Chapel Hill from August 9, 2011 to September 16 2018 at a dining hall as a Supervisor. I am skilled to run an operation for every meal period seating & serving 2500 students & managing 30 - 40 employees & also ensuring that it was ran properly & safe for the students & the public at large everyday of the week. My duties were to open & close the dining hall. Nightly deposits & making sure the dining hall was cleaned & properly locked up & ready to go for the next day or next meal period. I also had to check every employee out to make sure everything was cleaned, product labeled & every employee came & left work safe & healthy every shift they work. Safety & Everyone well being is first & foremost. Students & Employees alike. My mission is to create and deliver an experience that nourish and enrich lives.
