• Above all, I am the liaison between the Color Background Painters and Color Designers and Art Director’s and Director / Showrunner. I am responsible for the entire color team assignments and tracking and delivering sequences to Overseas Studios

• I receive from the Design Coordinator a priority sequence design breakdown in order to create a color breakdown. After I have created a color breakdown for that sequence, I will launch the color team artists on their assignments with the Director/Showrunner and Art Director’s present for color direction

• I will create color asset file names in Shotgun and tag the artist’s name to their assigned files in order to track their assignments. These assignment lists on Shotgun is where the artist will receive their notes from reviews

• Through Teams Group Chats and scheduled meetings, I am able to have each artist communicate with the Art Directors in order to receive notes on WIP assignments. The Art Director’s will approve work for review

• Through Shotgun, I collect and upload all of the work that is ready for review and create a Review Playlist where I lead the review and take notes given by the Director / Showrunner.

• I manage all background painters and color designers in making sure they hit their due dates for overseas delivery

• I create in Shotgun a Lead Sheet / Workbook by tagging all assets per shot in the sequence we are shipping. After tagging, I export an excel sheet to upload to Aspera, along with an asset / ship list and all PSD files. I then send to overseas an Aspera Link with all of the delivery information.
