As the owner of a Retail business focusing on ladies fashions, I was invited to participate in three fundraisers with the Prizery, Fine Arts Foundation, South Boston, VA, first as a participant in a fashion show, later on a consulting committee for a major annual fundraiser and finally as a sponsor for a major annual fundraiser.
I worked from 2003 – 2015 for the Commonwealth Attorney of Mecklenburg County. While maintaining my responsibilities as Administrative Assistant to the Commonwealth Attorney, I served on the local board for National Night Out, maintained a DCSJ Grant for Domestic Assault and Sexual Violence. I further advised and implemented a statewide search for a Data Management System and later trained other Commonwealth Attorney Offices.
