DUTIES:

Interior designing / Planning

Conduct actual site investigation for the ongoing project

Design analysis / studies, presentations and sketches of the proposed

project based on the requirement of the client

Prepare interior detailed drawing including furniture layouts, estimates

Proposed project and ongoing project including As-Built Drawings done in

Auto-Cad for future references

Knowledge in Auto-Cad

DUTIES:

Prepare control drawing as specified on the approved design for the

project consultant for approval.

Prepare detailed drawings of drainage, local access roads, concrete box

culverts, retaining walls, curbs, ditches

Supervising in layout of Asphalt / Concrete pavement

Assist in Site Surveying

Responsible for architectural detailed drawings together with the bill of

quantities to be submitted to consultant for billing
