Major Project: HRIS Implementation and Adoption The study adopted a descriptive survey research design to identify the variables of HRIS that influence implementation and adoption

of HRIS process. The Research Method Used in the study is Quantitative.The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences Program (SPSS) version 22.0 was used in this study for all the statistical assessments.
