(March, 2016 – Present) City of Phenix City, Alabama, Parks and Recreation (Supervisor) Duties included direct supervision and scheduling of 24 employees plus management of 600 acres, 5 parks, 30 ball fields, 4 recreation centers, 3 Lakes, 2 mile Riverwalk, 2 pools and 2 conference centers. I also direct training and management of all Park and Recreation maintenance and pool staff.

(June, 2012- November, 2015) The Methodist Home for Children and Youth (Regional Director)

I was charged with the appearance and functionality of all real property on both Columbus, Georgia campuses. Duties included child placement and treatment plus management and development oversight for 45 youth on a daily basis. I have served as a senior team member with a focus on loving, leading and teaching both residents and staff.
