1. Develop and implement an HSE management system for Saudi Radwa Food Company for 600 million- SAR projects including a new factory, farms, and infrastructure. 2. Create and execute a health, safety, and security management system for the Saudi Royal Forces' SAR800 million Khamis projects.

PROJECT SAFAR BAKHAIR, (SAFE JOURNEY) (2009 TO 2010) A road safety project which brings a revolution is Road Safety in Nestle Pakistan as well as Government sector of Pakistan.

We develop the following for the Implementation and making the Milk operation free from road accidents. 1. Transport Management system

One of the world's largest poultry processing plants (Plants 1, 2, and 3).

Rendering plant (for the treatment and management of chicken processing factory waste) 25-Megawatt Power Generation Plant.

Solar Power Plant with a Capacity of 10 Megawatts

Responsible for 6000 employees' accommodation block life cycle safety (25 depots, two factories and facilities safety management system for 3000 employees in residential compounds).

25 Sales Distribution Centers Located Throughout the Gulf Countries

Developed and implemented a Road Safety Management system for around 1300 vehicles driving over 260000 kilometers per day with no serious accidents.

Responsible for the development and management of a security Management system for all sites and accommodations around the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Managing the Budget for HSSE functions approximately 27 million SAR/year including Fire Safety Management.
