o Ensure all quality control requirements as per quality parameters and buyer`s direction. o Final inspection FRI- Upon completing 100% of the order packed and ready FRI conducted. o Closely work with respective buyer representative during their visit, implement buyer comments and make action plan
O Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments. O Conduct Quality Audit as per Buyer check list.
o Setting internal standards as per the customers standards and follow accordingly to achieve the standards. o After the review, Size set samples stitched in each size/color, checked for workmanship, styling, and measurement, and submitted to P&D for approval.
o Upon size set approval, to arrange pre-production meeting is chaired by technical in-charge and attended by representative from related floor, QA, Maintenance, Merchants, IQC, IE, Planning, P&D, Stores. o Highlight the potential product safety, critical to quality and productivity issue before bulk production. o Upon size set approval, to arrange pre-production meeting is chaired by technical in-charge and attended by representative from related floor, QA, Maintenance, Merchants, IQC, IE, Planning, P&D, Stores. o Monitoring textile, and verify fabric inspiration report at (ASTM D5430- 4 point system), Color wise shrinkage and in-house wash test report, Roll wise shade band and GSM report. o Monitoring cutting section and check spreading quality control, cutting quality control, garment numbering procedure, bundle card system, 100% cut panel quality control report. o Monitoring the production and provide technical support to production unit when needed to ensure quality standard.
o Monitoring sewing and finishing section and check in-line critical process quality, in-line process control, end line primary/final inspection report, finishing quality audit analysis report, finishing accessories accuracy check, and packing method check style wise.
