A50 - Yas Island Development Project - West Zone (USD 61,798,260) Yas Island, Abu Dhabi The works provide roadway, infrastructure and marine to support the development of West Yas Island.

Civil & Infrastructure Works consist of enabling works - Site grading, new road construction including associated precast concrete kerb/gutters, lighting, signage, traffic signals, pavement marking and protective barriers;

Constructionof vertical quaywall,rock,revetment coping, strengthening of existing shoreline, water taxi stops.

Infrastructure works consist of Potable Water & Firefighting Network, Sanitary Sewer Network, Storm water Network & Outfall structures, Electrical Network incl. 27 Nos Substations, Street Lighting & Traffic Signals, Irrigation Main Distribution Network, Civil works for Telecommunication Network, Gas Network (Design & Build).

Emirates Flight Training Organization (USD 24,480,000) Airfield Infrastructure EKFTO, DWC, Jabel Ali, Dubai

Roadway &Infrastructure Works at the Airfield of the EK Flight Training Organization Facilities at Dubai World Central. Work includes earthworks for flight embankments, paving Runway 13/31, Taxiways, Aprons and existing roads as well as the construction of the foundations for various sheds. Work also includes water supply, firefighting, sewage, storm water drainage networks, electrical network (MV, LV) and telecommunication network to cover the new AFL installations, together with erection of street/fence lighting, border fences and gates.

The Dubai Creek Harbor Development-Phase1,Island District Roadway &infrastructure works will be developed by the Lagoons Phase One LLC.The Construction activity for infrastructure works executed by Wade Adams contracting (LLC)-National Wheel J and P

The Project is being developed in phase and districts, with Phase 1 representing a significant portion of the project, centered around a central 10.30axis and covering the Island Project, Creekside Park District, Urban core District and retail District, together with the primary road and Infrastructure work. The development of infrastructure that support the buildings includes the construction of roads network,North&South Island Bridges, Retaining walls for the Island District, Construction of Utility Networks as per the Drawings, provision of roadwork elements including road markings,streetlighting,including Landscape lighting with in right of way. Traffic signals, traffic signage, barriers,kerbs,guardrail,footpath,cycletracks,laybays,parking bays and the like on the primary and District Roads.
