United States Marine Corps, U.S. Embassy International Locations Hand-selected to safeguard American Embassy personnel and property in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Caracas, Venezuela; and Paris, France.

Key Contributions and Results:

Developed and enforced heightened security measures to protect military, Department of State, and host national personnel, facilities, equipment, and other assets from possible terrorism and infiltration.

Simultaneously monitored and ensured integrity of complex video surveillance and alert systems, managed the embassy's temporary identification and access system, monitored movement of personnel on embassy property, and controlled use of access keys by embassy personnel.

Implemented critical security procedures and management support during the 2007 visit by the U.S. President, Vice President, FBI Director, First Lady, a Former U.S. President, and was selected to be part of the security detail for the Secretary of State in 2009.
