• Township, Brehm Communities – 262 Lot residential subdivision in the unincorporated County of Riverside.
• Victoria by the Bay, Hercules Ca. Catellus Development Company – Master Planned community in the City of Hercules. This project was hailed as “the largest Brownfield project in US history” by the Urban Land Institute. Existing use was oil refinery/oil storage.
• Planning Area 5&6 Newport Coast, Irvine Community Development Company – 370 acres of residential development. The project involved the planning of over 400 residential lots. The project also involved the master planning of sewer, domestic water and reclaimed water and reclaimed water facilitits and the design of a storm drain improvement including two detention basins and a riparian corridor and a sewer lift station and force main. The development involves approximately 14 million cubic yards of earthwork, including the construction of 2 large buttresses.
• Bonita Village, Orange County, California – 250 acre subdivision in the City of Irvine Annexed into the City of Newport Beach. Successfully assisted client in 1.2 Million cubic yard remedial earthwork discrepancy with grading contractor.
• Sprint PCS West Region Build-out, California & Nevada. Project manager for over 4000 wireless communications facilities – Project Manager for over 400 wireless communication facilities in Ventura, Los Angles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego Counties in California and Clark County in Nevada. Each site went through the municipal review process including planning, engineering & public works departments of various city’s & county’s.
