Research Interest & Objectives
My research interest is focused on molecular epidemiology of different parasitic, bacterial and viral diseases as well as identification and molecular characterization of potent antigenic biomarkers for the development of diagnostic assay such as ELISA and In-silico vaccine production. In-line with my research interest I have published research and review articles in peer reviewed well known journals. My current research on gut microbiome analysis of dengue transmission vector Aedes agypti and Aedes albopictus and genetic transformation of their gut microbiota as well as some other related projects on the gut microbiome continues. Research keywords includes Echinococosis, Rotavirus, MRSA, Dengue virus, SARS-Corona virus 2, Vector control, Gut Microbiome, Plasma Microbiome, HCC, CVD, Diagnostic Biomarkers, Antigenic peptides, Antibiotic Resistance, Conjugation and Vaccinomics.
