Steve led clients in the preparation of ERP implementation. This included reviewing their current key business processes to identify where to focus the selection process for an ERP vendor. This was completed through interviews with the leaders in the identified key business areas. Vendor selection interviews were then orchestrated by Steve with client personnel with criteria documented and measured for a short list of candidates.

Commercial terms were reviewed and negotiated by Steve to ensure a fair business agreement was reached saving the client much more than the cost of our service.
