Performed as lead on several fiber, transport, backhaul projects. Which involved the planning permitting civil construction and circuit delivery to 400 plus site locations in the mountain west area.

I joined this startup as the 13th employee and built operations and deployment group to 200. I lead a team that engineered, implemented, and supervised the construction of 100MBPS wireless networks, consisting of multiple POP’S, & switch facilities, Metropolitan switch sites, fiber hubs and switch stations, and wireless tenant service facilities. Typical outside plant and commercial fiber distribution. Expedient was among the first to attempt a nationwide deployment of wireless high speed broadband services (using wireless technologies for both backhaul and last mile), and established the foundation for WISP, Wifi, and WiMax, models which led to the acceptance of LTE today. I created procedures and guidelines implemented construction of facilities for all phases including surveying and civil to electrical, structural, and communications equipment. Lead Construction Manager/Market Safety representative in the Mobile/Northwest Florida/southern Mississippi Region Cingular project. I implemented new processes to monitor and track installation, Operations and Maintenance of equipment POP’s and CPE’s. I oversaw operations of POP’s, Switches, backhaul to MSC/RSC, RBOC’s in SLC UT, Cleveland OH, Colorado Springs CO, Oklahoma City OK, Chicago, IL Orlando FL, Miami FL, and Jacksonville Fl.
