Issue, track and audit of all company assets through the development of a inventory process, to include the implementation of purchased inventory software. Issue company assets to employees on a as needed basis for use in the completion of their assigned task or job site. Review the requested assets for accuracy and efficiency to ensure nothing was overlooked. Pick and assemble requested assets in appropriate fashion and conduct initial audit. Notate any discrepancies with the requested amount and the issued amount and adjust the issued amount accordingly on the Assignment form.

Track all assets across the country to ensure that, if needs should arise, that assets could be identified promptly and reallocated to a near by site for collection or replacement. Facilitate all internal replacements of damaged or malfunctioning assets across the company by working with employees and the partnering equipment provider to ensure prompt service and adequate timing of replacements.

Audit bi-weekly, bi-annually and annually the assets of the company. Bi-weekly audits are to conducted on all consumable products to ensure that par level are being maintained. Bi-annual audits and annual audits are to be conducted to ensure gaps or misses are discovered at key points in the fiscal year so that corrective actions and replacements can me assessed. Maintain all assignment paperwork that corresponds to the appropriate job and responsible party or parties.

Work closely with Project Managers to ensure needs are being met from the department and communication is relayed properly. Additionally, hold meetings with Project Managers and/or Project Coordinators to assess the needs of upcoming projects to appropriate actions can be facilitated in a timely manner ensuring no delays to the start of said projects. Maintain an active membership in the Organized Retail Crime Association to ensure communication over various retailers in the collective efforts in reducing theft.
