Process Total Loss requests by preparing Authorization for Payoff for member to sign making sure all the numbers match.
Answer incoming calls from fellow Kinecta Credit Union Departments with questions or concerns that MBR may have regarding they’re vehicle DMV paperwork.
Update the Excel program with changes on dealerships, keep track of titles sent to Collections dept. Funded Credit Card and Personal loans.
