July 2018 - 2019 Ramasser Group, Remote (Consulting Domain) Role: Junior Scrum Master

Ramasser Group Company is a consultancy firm with vast experience in watermark and agile methodology. I was saddled with the responsibility of Product Enhancement and Delivery of the Omni Channel aspect of the product.

Some of my responsibilities are below:

In constant contact with stakeholders and coaching them on Agile best practices for iterative delivery.

Working with the Product Owner PO in maintaining Product Backlog Items PBI on Jira

Managing of risk that might affect the delivery of projected product outcomes.

Partnering with the Product Owner to groom the backlog and defining Acceptance criteria and definition of DONE

Leading various cross – functional teams in the delivery of projects.

Ensure the scrum team understands the user stories and tracking velocity of the team.

Ensure there is team compliance in terms of quality, processes, policies, and standards

Ensure quality products are rolled out each sprint while taking ownership of the process

March 2019 to Date – Ramasser Group, Remote (Consulting Domain) Role- Senior Scrum Master

As a Ramasser Group consultant currently deployed to Bank of America, I am currently working on a digital transformation project for the Business Banking Customer Sales Transformation BBCST. This project is mainly about building a new CRM for BBCST, and it involves data migration between bank of America and Wells Fargo. Some of my roles include but not limited to the following:

Working with Product Owners (POs) and teams in story writing, backlog grooming/prioritization and planning

Provides leadership to a group of 9 project managers in order to ensure that the project will be completed within the allotted time, and budget as well as satisfying the scope and objective of the project.

Facilitating all ceremonies of Scrum and making sure teams adhere to the time box of all ceremonies

Remove every roadblocks/impediment on the ways of the team, thereby increasing efficiency by 50%
