During Link Crew, I was helping out the incoming freshman get
comfortable and adjusted for the transition of Middle School to High
School. I would even meet with them one on one and communicate with
them and sometimes even hang out with them during their lunch

When I worked here I had gained several skills. Those skills would be
dealing with all sorts of customers, making fast choices, and working at a
fast pace. Every day I would deal with tasks that require me to critically
think and make smart decisions. During my shifts, I would have to worry
about making customers sandwiches, topping the sandwiches off, grilling
the sandwiches, keeping a look out if any online orders come in. Along
with people coming in to pick up their order or anyone else’s orders, and
lastly answering phone calls of any customers wanting to place an order -
all at the same time.

February 2021- Present
As an occupational barista, I provided friendly customer service all while
remaining calm during periods of high volume. I also memorized over 50
menu items and created custom drinks for nearly 70-200 customers per
shift. I also happily fulfilled customer orders which include hot and cold
drinks along with some seasonal offerings and over 20 food items.
