4. Ensuring that standard electrical practice is adhered to throughout the shift.

5. Coordinating with other teams to maintain a smooth hand safe plant operation

6. Carrying out physical inspection of the equipments

7. performing the actual installation of the electrical equipments electric motors, hopperheater,

control panels

8. Testing and commissioning the installed unit.

Projects Undertaken Modification of hoist to incorporate the Earth leakage

Relay and core balance current transformer.

Project Rationale To improve the safety of operating hoists by providing a

means to automatically cut supply three is a leakage or

imbalance.

Duties 1. Organising the material required for proper execution of

the project.

2. Mounting the various components onto the modules.

3. Design of the power and control circuits for the hoists.

4. Performing the actual connections for both the power

and control circuit

5. Testing and commissioning of the completed modules
