This was my first job out of highschool and it was the leap for me into being in the real world of having to now balance my work schedule with school. This job was very fast paced and forced me to prioritize critical thinking for myself without having time to lean on managers and coworkers. This was a stepping stone towards developing me to not be overstimulated/overwhelmed with workload.

Before I had any of my jobs this was my first small experience in what a job would look like when I got out of highschool. The main focus I took from working in this establishment was the help I was providing to people who weren’t as fortunate, because the store was somewhat all over the place it was difficult finding some of the items but when you did for a customer the smile and thanks truly did feel amazing and make it all worth it.

I have been using Codecademy to work on my coding experience and knowledge because it truly is very interesting and gives me more room to understand how the software works and any forms of confusion I may have before I attend more in depth classes attending UCF

I have personally taken my time to learn coding outside of school by giving myself the challenge of taking Harvard's coding lectures and courses to give myself more information and knowledge regarding the many different ways code can be looked at and the vast languages I can add to my arsenal of abilities and skills that can’t be overlooked.
